Leah Kinninmont on the web:

  1. What is your favorite childhood book?
Pawn of Prophecy by David Eddings. It was an introduction at a young age into the worlds of massive sweeping epics known as fantasy. It is an easy read, but still a story that has outlasted so many others. Obernewtyn by Isobelle Carmody because at a time when the hero’s where male, we met a young girl who was different, scared of it and how she grew into it. As a girl I felt different myself as one who spent so much time in stories and was not very good at social interaction, Elspeth was a character I could really relate to. I cannot separate these two.
  1. What is the most difficult part of your artistic process?
Getting past the beginning of a story. Ideas and starts are easy for me, but delving past the first few chapters is still a struggle.
  1. Do you Google yourself?
No. There is nothing to Google….Yet.
