Spotlight on Front Porch Romance

We are spotlighting on a new publisher Front Porch Romance.

Front Porch Romance opened its doors in January 2013 and is a new sweet to sensual eBook publisher offering every sub-genre of romance.

Publisher and co-owner Madison Connors has been in the industry since 2010, when she became a marketing and promotions executive for a romance publisher. After years of assisting other authors, her husband, and Front Porch Romance partner, talked her into starting her own e-publishing house. With the number of erotic romance publishers increasing since 2010, Madison wanted to keep with the mainstay of romance, the softer, sensual and sweeter side.

“We all grew up, or started with, reading sweet, happily ever-after romance before we changed and expanded our reading. Erotic and specialized sub-genres of romance have really exploded onto the scene in recent years, but I wanted to keep our publications and novels basic and the anchor of all romance novels. While we may venture off and get hooked on a craze, or specialized romance genre, we all go back to what we fell in love with first.”

  4. I like the idea. Enough of the porn disguised as other things. Good old fashioned romance is a nice counter-balance.

  6. What a neat idea to keep it simple and sweet. I grew up reading romances, sometimes two a day, and have the formula memorized...but lately have met some online buddies who write erotica and have sampled some of that as well. I guess it's good to have a place for everyone and I wish them the best of luck with their new company!
