* Ballgowns or plain dresses?
Definitely ballgowns – although they are not very practical when I’m working on my farm!

* My favourite place to write:
At my desk with music playing low, although nothing with lyrics as that distracts me.

* One book everyone should read:
Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice

* What’s next for me:
In May, my book, Di Marcello’s Secret Son will be starting an exciting trilogy Jennifer Hayward, Dani Collins and I were working on last year.

* What's my book about:

A Child Claimed by Gold is the story of Nikolai Cunningham who has kept the dark secrets of his family’s past for many years and Emma Sanders, who threatens to reveal all that when she arrives in Russia on a photography assignment. Nikolai’s aim is to prevent her from discovering anything, but the attraction between them proves too strong for either to resist and consequences of their passionate night together force him to do more than marry the mother of his child.

  1. Hi Nas and Rachel ... certainly sounds an intriguing tale, especially bound up in Russia ... and that call of the romance - good luck - cheers Hilary

  2. Rachel, I love the premise. Very fun setting. And I'm with you on the music thing--nothing with lyrics. In fact, sometimes the mood of a the song is enough to pull me away.
